Dhafer Sughayyir is a Senior Project Manager at الهيئة العامة للنقل, leading strategic projects in the maritime sector and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement effective project plans since December 2023. Previously, Dhafer held the position of Project Manager at the Ministry of Interior - KSA from April 2017 to November 2023, overseeing major initiatives such as MiFON and the MAWANI project, which enhanced the national fiber-optic infrastructure and logistical operations. Prior experience includes serving as a Project Engineer, where contributions to large-scale technology projects helped advance national digital infrastructure through effective progress and risk monitoring. Dhafer Sughayyir earned a degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Bisha University between July 2010 and May 2016.
