Mark Chapa is an experienced Information Technology and Services professional with a diverse background in software development and real estate. Currently, Mark Chapa has been involved with Transparent Container since September 2004, focusing on Lotus Domino web and client application development. Concurrently, as an Associate Broker at Charles Rutenberg Realty since June 2016, Mark Chapa merges IT expertise with real estate. Previous roles include a Software Developer at Rohrer Corporation from August 2005 to November 2022, where Mark Chapa worked on mission-critical applications and served as a part-time consultant and licensed agent at Lighthouse Real Estate Services from June 2004 to December 2014. Earlier experience includes positions as a Senior Consultant at Lotus Development (acquired by IBM) from September 1994 to November 2001 and a Programmer at BP Amoco from January 1989 to September 1994.
