Rute C. is the current Head of Strategy & Impact at Transparency International since August 2011. Previously, Rute C. served as a Senior Manager of Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning at the same organization. From January 2015 to December 2017, Rute C. worked as a Visiting Research Fellow at PERU - Policy Evaluation and Research Group, a multi-disciplinary team at Manchester Metropolitan University that specializes in evaluating policies and advising policy-makers.
