Costanza Promontorio is a highly skilled professional with extensive experience in project management and change management within the fashion industry. Currently serving as a Strategic Project Manager at The Fashion Connection since December 2022 and as a Project Coordinator and Researcher at Hecho Por Nosotros since October 2021, Costanza has previously held roles at Gucci and Prada Group, contributing to change management and project analysis. Costanza's academic qualifications include an Executive Master of Science in Fashion Sustainability from IE New York College, along with multiple Master's degrees in Project Management from MIP Politecnico di Milano and Strathclyde Business School. Additional foundational studies in Economics and Management were completed at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore and Pontificia Universidad Católica de Puerto Rico.
