Sharmayne van Orsouw has extensive experience in healthcare and yoga instruction. Currently serving as a Recovery verpleegkundige at AMC - Academic Medical Center since April 2015, Sharmayne has also worked as a Verpleegkundige in both the general surgery and neurorehabilitation sectors. In addition to healthcare roles, Sharmayne is a Freelance Yoga Instructor specializing in Alignment Vinyasa, Yin, and Restorative yoga, with teaching engagements at TrainMore, LiveYoga, and Only4Ladies. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences and additional certifications in oncology and various yoga teacher training programs, demonstrating a commitment to both medical and holistic wellness practices.
