Gintarė Surinina has worked in a variety of roles since 2013. Gintarė began their career as a Manager at Visual & Softworks UAB in 2013. In 2014, they became a Chief Specialist (lawyer) at the Vilnius Regional Prosecutor's Office. In 2016, they moved to the State Data Protection Inspectorate as a Chief Specialist of Complaints Investigation and International Cooperation Division. In 2018, they worked as a Junior Test Engineer and QA Specialist (Intern) at Visma Lietuva. In 2019, they became a Quality Assurance Specialist at SBDigital, UAB. Currently, they are a QA Engineer at Trafi, a position they have held since 2022.

Gintarė Surinina received their Bachelor's degree in Law from Mykolas Romeris University between 2009 and 2013. Gintarė then went on to receive their Master's degree in Criminal law and criminology from the same university between 2013 and 2015. In 2017, they completed a Vocational degree in Software Tester from Akademija.IT.
