Pierre-Luc Caron has a diverse work experience in the digital marketing field. Pierre-Luc started their career as a Digital Marketing Specialist at Caron Lubrifiants in January 2015 and worked there until 2017.

In 2017, they joined Yellow Pages / Pages Jaunes – Canada as a Search Engine Marketing Specialist, where they built and managed SEM campaigns. Pierre-Luc was also responsible for training the SEM team and reviewing and explaining KPIs to clients and sales representatives. After a year, they were promoted to the role of SEM Campaign Manager, where they focused on building and managing high-performance SEM campaigns, identifying upsell opportunities, and maximizing clients' ROI.

In 2018, Pierre-Luc transitioned to AutoTrader.ca as a Digital Strategist for TRFFK. Pierre-Luc created, verified, and optimized PPC campaigns and provided guidance to dealers on their online marketing strategy. Pierre-Luc then moved up to the position of Digital Team Manager, leading a team of Digital Strategists in creating and managing PPC campaigns across multiple channels. Pierre-Luc'sresponsibilities included analyzing data, tracking and optimizing key accounts, and presenting strategic recommendations to clients and internally.

Pierre-Luc continued to advance in AutoTrader.ca, becoming the National Senior Manager of Digital Strategy for TRFFK in October 2021, where they played a crucial role in developing and executing digital strategies. In December 2022, they were promoted to Director of Digital Strategy for TRFFK, responsible for setting the digital strategy and overseeing its implementation.

Currently, Pierre-Luc holds the role of Director of Customer Success for TRFFK & TAdvantage at AutoTrader.ca, where they lead the Customer Success team and ensures the success and satisfaction of clients.

Pierre-Luc Caron completed their education at Université Laval, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from 2012 to 2014. Pierre-Luc then pursued further education and attained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A) from Université Laval from 2015 to 2016. In addition to their formal education, Pierre-Luc Caron has also obtained various certifications. Pierre-Luc received the Google Analytics Certification from Google in July 2023, the Meta Certified Media Buying Professional certification from Facebook in February 2023, and the Microsoft Advertising Search Certification from Microsoft in January 2023. Moreover, they acquired the Google Ads Search Certification in December 2022, the Google Ads Video Certification in August 2022, and the Google Shopping Ads Certification in August 2022, all from Google.
