Michelle Piche has several years of experience in various roles. Starting in 1994, they worked as a Salesperson at Cotton Ginny, where they managed a team, handled hiring and training, oversaw store merchandising and marketing, and achieved exceptional performance. Michelle then worked as a Server at 100 Georges from 2003 to 2005. In 2006, Michelle joined The Home Depot Canada as a Salesperson, where they won an award for the highest sales per hour. Their responsibilities included assisting customers with building appliance packages and collaborating with kitchen designers. Finally, they joined Trader Corporation in 2007 as a Northern Ontario Account Manager.

Michelle Piche earned a Diploma in Law & Justice from Canadian Career College, where they attended from 2001 to 2003.
