Henry Hsu has a wealth of experience in engineering and software development. Theircareer began in 2005 as a Software Engineer at CampusEAI, where they consulted on a social networking project and wrote software requirements specifications, design documents, and unit tests. In 2006, they moved to IT for Enrollment Management, Case Western Reserve University, where they served as a Web Administrator and Developer. In this role, they set up and administered a Fedora server and migrated the department homepage and ticketing system from PHP to Ruby on Rails. Hsu then moved to Photo USA Corp in 2010, where they served as an Applications/Systems Engineer. In 2011, they joined Zendesk as a Software Engineer, eventually advancing to Lead Software Engineer, Engineering Manager, and Senior Engineering Manager. In 2019, they moved to Peloton Interactive, where they served as an Engineering Manager and Senior Engineering Manager. Currently, they are the Head of Engineering at Trade Coffee.

Henry Hsu attended National Experimental High School from 2001 to 2005. Henry then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science at Case Western Reserve University from 2005 to 2008.
