Frederik Kold Jensen has a diverse work experience, starting as a salesman at SPORT 24 from 2011 to 2014. Frederik Kold then played soccer for Holstebro Boldklub Elite Aps in 2014-2015. From 2015 to 2017, they worked as a Teaching Assistant at Aarhus Universitet. Frederik Kold joined McKinsey & Company in 2017 as a Management Consultant until 2021. Frederik then became Head of Strategy at TrackMan from 2021 to 2023 and currently serves as the Director of Group Strategy and Business Development Americas at TrackMan. Additionally, they pursued a Master's degree while working at F.C. København in 2018-2019.

Frederik Kold Jensen completed their Master's degree in Quantitative Economics (IMSQE), Cand Oecon at Aarhus University from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Economics and Management (Oecon) from Aarhus University between 2014 and 2017. Frederik completed their secondary education at Herning Gymnasium, graduating with a Studentereksamen in 2013, with a focus on Math and Social Science.
