Bobby Griffin has extensive experience in the field of badminton, currently serving in a performance operations role for GB Para badminton at Badminton England since February 2011. Griffin is also involved as a badminton coach at local schools and the Sheffield Performance Center, and has a successful background as a para badminton player, achieving the status of former World No. 1 in men's doubles and earning multiple European and World medals between 2011 and 2022. Additionally, Griffin works as a sports broadcaster for the Badminton World Federation, covering various badminton events, and previously held a journalist position at Badminton Europe, focusing on para badminton. Prior to these roles, Griffin gained significant experience in business development and new business consultancy in the marketing sector, along with a leadership role as Vice President Finance at the University of Brighton Student's Union. Educationally, Griffin holds a degree in Sports & Management from the University of Brighton, completed in 2003.
