Stephen Baird is the Founder and CEO of TrackFly since April 2020, focusing on enhancing supply chain visibility for businesses. Baird has been a member of Gain Grow Retain, a community for customer success leaders, since May 2020 and serves on the advisory board for The AFTER Company. Previous roles include Client Success Director at Strata Fund Solutions LLC, Director of Solutions Engineering at Dsco.io, and various positions in solutions engineering and customer success at WeWork, Teem, and NetDocuments. Baird's early career included management roles at AccuQuest Hearing Centers and technical support at Brigham Young University.
