Shais Shafiq possesses a diverse professional background with experience in customer service and business development. Since January 2022, Shais has been part of the Customer Service Department at The Bank of London. Prior to this role, Shais served as a Business Development Lead at Algo from April 2021 to September 2021, focusing on identifying sales leads and decision-makers within targeted industries. Between December 2018 and March 2020, Shais worked as a Customer Services Specialist and Team Lead at Mindbridge Private Limited, ensuring customer satisfaction through multiple communication channels and training new employees. Academically, Shais holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from the National College Of Business Administration & Economics and a BBA in Business Administration from the same institution, alongside an Intermediate degree in Computer Science from the Punjab Group of Colleges.
