Tim Yandel currently serves as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at Trace Genomics since February 2024 and has been an Executive Member at Revenue Collective since April 2019. Prior to Trace Genomics, Tim held the position of CRO at Regrow Ag from October 2022 to December 2023, where significant contributions included doubling annual recurring revenue (ARR) year-over-year and expanding operations into Brazil and the Asia-Pacific region. Tim has extensive experience in sales leadership, previously holding senior roles such as SVP of Global Sales and Success at Sama, where revenue doubled under Tim's leadership, and VP of North America Sales at Hired, overseeing a large sales team. Tim's career also features leadership positions at Boomtrain, Percussion Software, and founder of Tech in Motion, which fostered connections within the tech community. Tim holds a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
