Alissa Nolan is a seasoned professional in the life sciences and genomics fields, currently serving as Sales Director for Genomic Applications in the Northeast at Ultima Genomics since October 2024. Prior to this role, Alissa held positions at Enable Medicine and Vizgen, including Associate Director of Business Development and Regional Account Manager, respectively. Alissa's experience also includes a significant tenure at 10x Genomics, where various roles encompassed Sales Executive and Field Applications Manager. Alissa began a career at Illumina, progressing from Field Applications Scientist I to Senior Field Applications Scientist, focusing on customer training and satisfaction. Early career roles included research positions at Makoto Life Sciences, Differential Proteomics, Antigenics, and Charles River Laboratories. Alissa holds a Master’s degree in Bioinformatics from Brandeis University and a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
