Shelly Shai is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in human resource management and operations. Currently serving as People Manager at TOYGA since September 2021, Shelly previously held the position of HR & Operation Manager at Tigloo Online Technologies from January 2019 to August 2021. Prior to that, a role as HR Manager at 5 Sparx spanned from January 2016 to December 2018, where responsibilities included leading HR initiatives and reporting to the CEO. Shelly also served as HR Manager at USAGC from August 2008 to January 2016, overseeing HR management for 170 employees and managing recruitment processes. Earlier in career, a position as Customer Relations Manager involved managing a team to enhance service excellence. Shelly holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Lincoln, obtained from 1993 to 1996.
