Kathy Woodman, SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in human resources and people operations, currently serving as the People Operations Manager at Townsend Energy since November 2023. Previously, Kathy held the position of HR Manager at Sail Energy LLC from January 2016 to November 2023 and at BayRing Communications from 2008 to January 2016. Other notable roles include Human Resources Program Manager at Stonyfield Farm, Benefits Manager at Aggregate Industries, Benefits Administrator at MITRE, and Benefits Analyst at Eversource Energy, where Kathy worked for 16 years from 1981 to 1997. Kathy holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Lesley University.
