Marisa Tilman is a dedicated professional with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Hanze, expected in 2024. Marisa has gained valuable experience in human resources at NNCZ since September 2021, serving as a Junior HR Adviser, HR-medewerker, and HR-stagiair. Additionally, Marisa completed internships at Stichting Bijeen and Ruma, further enhancing HR skills. Prior to the HR field, Marisa worked as a Hair and Makeup Artist at V.O.F. Jonkers Haarmode for nearly eight years, supported by extensive education in hairdressing from Landstede MBO and Aventus.
