Jill Scavotto is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in finance, administration, and customer service. As the Retirement Finance Manager and previously as a Payroll Specialist for the Town of West Springfield since June 2019, Jill has developed strong financial management skills. Prior to this role, Jill served as the Administrative Manager at Access to Media from October 2009 to June 2019, and gained valuable experience as a Street Teamer at Clear Channel Radio from March 2007 to December 2013. Additionally, Jill worked as a Customer Service Representative for Jelly Bellys Pools and Spas from May 2006 to September 2012. Jill holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Westfield State University, earned between 2005 and 2008.
