Mike Gleason has extensive experience in financial leadership within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady Health System since April 2023, Mike Gleason previously held the position of Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Baptist Health Care from September 2015 to April 2023. Prior to that, Mike Gleason was Chief Financial Officer at Shands Jacksonville from February 1998 to August 2015, and earlier in career, Mike Gleason served as Director of Finance at Humana from February 1993 to February 1998.
