Vicki Scroggins-Johnson, MBA, PMP, serves as a Project Management Consultant at Artemis Factor and as Chief Executive Officer of Scroggins Johnson Consulting, both since March 2020. In addition, Vicki is an elected member of the Morrisville Town Council, representing District 4 since December 2013, where responsibilities encompass policy-making, land use, public safety, and financial management for the town's 32,000 residents. Vicki’s previous experience includes significant roles at GlaxoSmithKline as Medical Technology Project Manager and Senior Project Manager, and at Pfizer as Director of Worldwide Head IT Quality Management. Vicki holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Michigan.
