Don W. Cole, M.S., PMP, is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in managing water, wastewater, stormwater, and transportation projects. Currently serving as the Capital Projects Engineer for the Town of Christiansburg, Virginia, since January 2019, Don oversees project coordination and compliance with various regulatory requirements. Previously, as the Assistant Director of Public Works, Utilities and Facilities, responsible for a significant operating budget and numerous capital infrastructure improvements, Don demonstrated strong leadership and policy development skills. Prior roles include Water Treatment Plant Manager in Las Vegas, New Mexico Water Systems Manager, and Water Resources Specialist. Don holds a Master of Science in Water Resources Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration, complemented by military service in the United States Marine Corps.
