Jay Healy currently serves as Mayor Pro Tem for the Town of Carolina Beach since December 2019, bringing over 12 years of community involvement and leadership. Prior to this, Jay held the position of Market Leader at Apple, overseeing four stores in the Mid Atlantic region and managing $255 million in annual revenue. Additional experience includes serving as a Scout for NSR, General Manager at Dick's Sporting Goods where Jay led the store to become the second-best in the company, and Store Director at Circuit City, where Jay directed multiple locations. Jay Healy holds a Business Degree from Brandywine College, where studies took place from 1978 to 1979.
