Aike Nieuwenhuis MSc has extensive experience in organizational development, transformation management, and personnel management. Currently serving as Directiesecretaris and Manager personeel, organisatie en ondersteuning at Laborijn since May 2016, Aike has been instrumental in defining and managing programs that drive innovation and organizational development. Previous roles include interim organization advisor at doemee, project manager at EIFFEL, and various positions at Breed, Altran/DCE Consultants, and Evides Waterbedrijf, focusing on change management and operational excellence. Aike holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Radboud University and has completed specialized training in strategic talent management and systems thinking.
