Matthew Templin is an experienced engineering professional with a strong focus on process integration and efficiency improvements in semiconductor technologies. Currently serving as a Senior Process Integration Engineer at Tower Semiconductor since October 2021, Matthew specializes in III-V based heterogeneously integrated silicon photonics technologies. Prior roles include Senior Process Engineer at Oakley, where significant improvements in productivity and cost savings were achieved through automation, and various engineering positions at Tower Semiconductor, culminating in a Group Leader role overseeing a team of technicians and mentoring personnel while enhancing operational efficiencies. Matthew's career began with a background in customer service at Jack's Surfboards, complemented by a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering with a specialization in Environmental Engineering from UC Irvine.
