Carla Keister is a seasoned marketing communications professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Senior Marketing Communications Writer and Project Manager at Tower Federal Credit Union since October 2008, Carla contributes to the credit union's strategic planning, public relations, and marketing campaigns while managing projects and external vendor relations. Prior to this role, Carla worked as a Marketing Coordinator at Travel Advantage Network, where innovative promotional ideas were developed to enhance customer engagement. Carla also served as the Marketing Director at SMB Solutions, overseeing the public relations and marketing program and managing all communications. Earlier career experiences include roles at Avon Products, Taste of the Bay Magazine, and Fentress Incorporated. Carla holds a B.S. in Journalism from the University of Maryland.
