Gautam Mal is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Benares Restaurant and Bar since April 2017, and as Corporate General Manager at Glowcap Corporation Limited since January 2020, Gautam also holds the position of Executive Chef at Touristic Enterprises Company, overseeing premier dining services for the Ministry of Kuwait and handling multiple fine dining establishments. Previously, Gautam served as Executive Chef at Svenska Hotels, leading kitchen operations and management, and held significant roles at Hilton Worldwide and JW Marriott Hotel, where responsibilities included menu planning, budgeting, and staff training. Gautam holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Madras and a diploma in Higher Secondary from W.B.Board.
