Rachel Fitzgerald is an experienced Physical Therapist Assistant currently working at The Cottages at Garden Grove since March 2018 and also serves in a home care role with Touching Hearts at Home since July 2017. Previously, Rachel gained experience at Syracuse Orthopedic Specialists, PC from June 2016 to March 2018. Educational qualifications include an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) in Physical Therapy Technician/Assistant from Onondaga Community College, completed between 2014 and 2016, and a high school diploma from South Glens Falls High School, earned in 2012.
