Catherine E. Houle is the Chief Medical Officer for West River Health Services. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of North Dakota, Grand Forks, Doctor of Medicine from the University of Iowa at Iowa City, and completed her residency at Broadlawns Family Practice in Des Moines.
