Ann (Debra) Tippetts is an experienced administrative professional with a diverse background in the insurance and legislative sectors. Currently serving as a GSA Administrative Assistant at Total System Services, Inc. since July 2017, Ann has previously held positions including Legislative House Education Committee Secretary for the State of Idaho and Claims Assistant at United Heritage. Ann's extensive experience also includes roles in field support and management within Idaho Survey & Rating Bureau and The Surplus Line Association, with an emphasis on general administrative support and communication. Ann attended Brigham Young University from 1978 to 1980.
