Joe McLoughlin is an experienced professional with a strong background in environmental management and engineering. Currently serving as Vice President at BETA Group, Inc. since December 2004, Joe has also held the role of Senior Associate. Prior to this, Joe managed Site Assessment Services at ESS Group, Inc. from 2001 to 2004 and at Paragon Environmental Services, Inc. from 1992 to 2001. Joe holds a Master's degree in Water Resources from Stanford University and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. Educational background includes attendance at Attleboro High School, culminating in graduation in 1987.
