Jisook Lee has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jisook is currently working as a Product Team Leader at Viva Republica (Toss) since December 2022. Prior to this, they were the Head of Service at E-Mart Inc. from January 2021 to December 2022. Jisook also served as the Head of Business Development at Triple Corp. from September 2017 to October 2020. Before that, they worked as a Product Manager at both LG FASHIONS from January 2017 to August 2017 and Kakao Corp from January 2014 to December 2016. Jisook also has experience as a Product Owner at Coupang from October 2011 to October 2013, and as a Product Manager at NAVER Corp. from July 2005 to August 2011. Jisook began their career at KEB Hana Bank in September 2003, where they worked in the Internet Banking Service Team until June 2005. Prior to that, they served in the Online Service Team at AhnLab, Inc. from February 2001 to August 2003, and in the Strategic Planning Team at JoongAng Ilbo from October 1999 to January 2001.

Jisook Lee obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Japanese and Japanese Literature from Dongguk University, where they studied from 1995 to 1999.
