Javad Khazaei is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Talent Acquisition & HR Systems Development Supervisor at TOSAN since November 2023. Previously, Javad held the position of Learning & Development Team Lead at NAK, where responsibilities included performance management, career planning, and HR analytics. At Dr. Abidi Pharmaceuticals, Javad progressed from Talent Acquisition Specialist to Talent Acquisition Supervisor, focusing on employer branding and recruitment strategies, as well as competency model development and training program effectiveness. Earlier experience includes working as a Human Resources Generalist at Farabi Brokerage Firm and as an English teacher at various English institutes. Javad holds a Master's Degree in Public Administration and Human Resources Management from the University of Tehran and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Ershad University.
