Reginald Temple is an accomplished banking professional with extensive experience in community development and business growth. Currently serving as the Director of Community Development at Premier Bank since November 2016, Reginald focuses on executing community and economic development initiatives in line with federal regulations. Prior roles include Business Development Officer at First Federal Bank of the Midwest, where Reginald advanced the bank's mission through customer engagement, and Multi-Site Branch Manager at Charter One Bank, overseeing multiple branch operations to enhance revenue and customer satisfaction. With a background as District Sales Manager at The State Bank and Trust Company and various positions at Fifth Third Bank, Reginald has consistently demonstrated leadership in sales management and strategic development.
