Eric Lee is an experienced Human Resources professional with a career spanning over 15 years in various managerial roles. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at The Toro Company since February 2020, Eric previously held similar positions at Condux International and Taylor Corporation. Prior HR Manager roles were completed at Corporate Graphics Commercial and Shine Bros. Corp, where responsibilities included managing HR functions across multiple locations. Eric began the HR career as an HR Coordinator at Menards. Academically, Eric holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, both from the University of Minnesota Duluth.
