Nicole Gramm began their work experience in 2017 as an Event Assistant at Plan It Parties, where they assisted in event set-up, performed post-event tasks, and greeted guests. In 2018, they worked as an Interior Design Intern at Transitions by Sharon Kleinman. The following year, they became a Hostess at SoDel Concepts, where they stayed in communication with the kitchen team, recorded available tables, and assigned patrons to suitable tables. In 2020, Nicole worked as a Hostess at a restaurant, where they supervised server balance, assessed cleanliness standards, and documented reservations. Most recently, they joined Torch Dental in 2023 as a Sales Development Representative.
