Lara Caimi is a board member at Confluent and a former partner at Bain & Company. Lara has also worked as an associate at Halpern, Denny & Co and as a summer associate at Vulcan, Inc.

Caimi graduated from Harvard Business School in 2000 and began their career at Bain & Company, where they worked for 17 years before moving to Confluent. Lara has been a board member at Confluent since 2018.

Lara Caimi has an MBA from Harvard Business School, a BA in English and Economics from St. Olaf College, and a Masters of International Business from the University of Sydney.
