Francisco Cabezas has a diverse work experience in the field of IT. Francisco started their career at DICTUC S.A. in 2007 as an Information Technology Engineer, where they managed IT infrastructure, implemented new technologies, and developed software. Francisco also worked on projects with large customers such as the Santiago Stock Exchange and banks. During their time at PhilaxMed from 2013 to 2016, they served as a Senior Advisory Engineer, managing the IT platform and implementing DevOps practices. At Equifax, they held various roles from 2016 to 2019, including Compute & Storage Squad Leader and Subject Matter Expert, where they focused on infrastructure optimization and security. As a Freelance IT Consultant from 2020 to 2021, Francisco provided consultancy services and supported software development and IT infrastructure projects. Francisco'smost recent role was at Maxxa, where they worked as a Tech Advisor and Software Engineer, focusing on information security management and AWS infrastructure optimization. Francisco is currently employed at Topsort as a Software Engineer.

Francisco Cabezas completed their Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, where they studied from 1997 to 2005. Francisco went on to pursue a Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at the same university, graduating in 2008. Additionally, they obtained the IT Information Library Foundations Certification (ITIL) from SONDA TRAINING.
