Jakub Jurových is the current founder of Deepnote. Prior to Deepnote, they were an advisor at Operam, Inc. from January 2019 to December 2019. Jakub was also the CTO at Operam, Inc. from January 2016 to December 2018 and a co-founder at Hack Cambridge from January 2015 to December 2016. Jakub Jurových started their career as a Firefox DevTools Engineer at Mozilla from June 2014 to August 2014. Jakub was also the CTO at Unite, Inc. from January 2014 to December 2016.

Jakub Jurových first completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at Masaryk University Brno. Jakub then went on to earn an MPhil in Advanced Computer Science from the University of Cambridge.
