Krzysztof Gałęcki is a Staff Software Engineer at TomTom since June 2017, bringing extensive experience in software development and design. Previously, Krzysztof held roles at PayU from April 2011 to May 2017, where Krzysztof progressed from Software Designer to Senior Software Developer. Prior experience includes Software Developer positions at QXL and Software Analyst at Comarch, as well as cofounding and architecting the pigi project, which focused on creating a high-performance configurable index system for column-oriented databases. Krzysztof holds a Master's degree in Computer Science specializing in Database Systems from Poznan University of Technology, earned between 2001 and 2006. Proficient in technologies such as Hadoop, HBase, and Java, Krzysztof has contributed significantly to innovative database solutions.
