Suman Mahadev Akkiraju currently serves as Chief Operating Officer at entomo and Ecoveta Energy, while also acting as Director and Co-founder at Tomorrow, where the focus is on facilitating Digital HR Transformation for clients. Prior experience includes impactful roles at entomo as Global Partner for Customer Delivery and Employee Success, leading solution development and client engagement. At HCL Technologies, significant contributions were made as Associate Vice President, overseeing various HR functions and transforming HR through digital solutions. Additional roles at Accenture, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and Sundaram Fasteners further established a strong foundation in HR process design, technology enablement, and organizational development. Suman holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from the Indian Institute of Science and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Madras.
