Abby Harkins has extensive experience in customer service and leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as a Parts and Services Cashier at Mt. Juliet Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram since November 2020, Abby has also held multiple positions including Retail Associate at Acme Feed & Seed and Banquet Server at TomKats Hospitality. As a GROW Leader at New Vision Baptist Church since September 2014, leadership and mentorship of 1st Grade Boys have been key responsibilities. Previous experience includes a significant tenure at Asurion, where Abby advanced through various roles from Customer Service Representative to Supervisor in the Assurance Services Group, focusing on team performance and quality assurance. Educational background includes studies at Middle Tennessee State University and the University of Phoenix.
