Chris OBrien Bsc (Hons) is an experienced quantity surveyor and commercial manager with a strong background in managing void properties and commercial duties across various contracts. Currently serving as a Quantity Surveyor at CLC Contractors LTD since October 2014 and as a Voids Manager at Tom Willoughby Ltd since September 2011, Chris has previously held roles at Kinetics Group Ltd, Tom Willoughby Ltd, and Mowlems. Educationally, Chris holds a BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying from Northumbria University, completed in 2000.
