Sharon Lo is a seasoned professional in the field of training and development, currently serving as the Senior Training Manager at Fairfield Residential since June 2021, where responsibilities include overseeing training for corporate and construction sectors. Previously, Sharon worked as the Digital Learning & Development Manager at Helix Electric, leading a team to create interactive e-learning solutions. Additional experience includes roles as Corporate Digital Learning Manager and Corporate E-Learning Specialist at Welk Resorts, Director of Marketing for the ATD San Diego Chapter, and contributions to various organizations including AIESEC.
