Justin Smith is a finance professional with extensive experience in financial compliance and audit processes. Currently serving as Financial Compliance Manager at Tokai Carbon CB since March 2023, Justin previously held the position of Associate Director for Audit Process and Quality Reporting at Alcon from February 2019 to March 2023, where responsibilities included supporting the audit team, quality assurance of audit work, and managing staffing and financial statements. Prior to Alcon, Justin worked at Novartis in various roles, including Manager of Controls and Compliance and North America Internal Auditor, and at Genco ATC Corporation as an FP&A Analyst. Earlier career experience includes positions at McKesson as Senior Financial & Business Analyst and BNSF Railway as Risk & Fuel Analyst. Justin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, earned between 1998 and 2002.
