Antony Bond has a wide range of work experience in the telecommunications and finance industries. Antony began their career at NTL Business Limited, where they worked on the service desk dealing with faults, orders, billing, and general inquiries. Antony later became a team senior, overseeing a large team of temporary staff to support increased demand from a large public organization.
Bond then joined Pipex Communications, initially working on the service desk supporting small businesses with indirect telephone lines. Antony later became a team senior and internal auditor, ensuring compliance with quality management systems and reporting performance to industry regulators.
After that, Bond worked at Cable & Wireless Worldwide PLC as a service desk analyst, where they logged service affecting incidents and managed them to completion, supporting various partners and reseller customers. Antony eventually took on the role of escalation manager, providing customer support and establishing processes for managing service affecting incidents.
Next, Bond joined Vodafone as a service improvement analyst, focusing on data analysis, problem-solving, and process improvement across service desk teams and the wider operation. Antony enjoyed the variety and new challenges in the rapidly changing world of telecoms.
Most recently, Bond worked at Together - loans, mortgages & finance as a business process analyst, working on the GDPR program to ensure the business was prepared for the new regulation. This involved mapping business processes, identifying data collection and storage practices, and supporting other workstreams.

Antony Bond attended Runshaw College from 1993 to 1995, where they obtained their A Levels in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and English.
