Rick Hensley is an experienced executive in customer success and information security, currently serving as Chief Customer Officer at Todyl since May 2024. Previously, Rick held the same title at Magnet Forensics from April 2023 to April 2024 and served as SVP Customer Success at Grayshift from April 2020 to April 2023. Other notable positions include VP Customer Success at Star Lab, a Wind River Company, and Senior Director at Elastic, following the acquisition of Endgame, where Rick was SVP Customer Success. Rick's earlier roles include Information Operations at SRC and Information Warfare Officer in the US Navy Reserve. Educational background includes a BS in Commerce from the University of Virginia and an MS in Information Security from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
