Kate Riley has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Kate started their career as an Academic Mentor at Kingston University in 2015 and later served as a Student Union Representative. In 2018, they worked as a Ticketing Agent at Ambassador Theatre Group and as an Office Assistant at KASL Precision Engineering. From 2018 to 2019, they also worked as an Office Assistant at Big Bus Tours, providing support to high-level executives. In 2021, they joined Nimax Theatres Ltd as a Front of House Assistant and LW Theatres as a Guest Experience Host. Kate'smost recent role is with TodayTix Group (TTG) as a Customer Service Executive, and they currently hold the position of Customer Care Specialist. Throughout their various roles, Kate has demonstrated a commitment to providing excellent customer service, utilizing their knowledge of the company and venue to assist guests, and maintaining a welcoming environment.

Kate Riley completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in History at Kingston University from 2014 to 2018. Additionally, they pursued a History BA (Hons) degree at Baldwin Wallace University from 2016 to 2017. Kate also obtained several certifications, including a Microsoft Word Certification from New Skills Academy in April 2021, The Fundamentals of Digital Marketing from Google Digital Garage in March 2021, and various digital skills certifications from FutureLearn in 2020. Kate also completed certifications in Personal Branding and Social Marketing from The Open University in July 2020.
