Lucinda Waite is a seasoned fashion professional with extensive experience in design and management roles within the clothing industry. As Co-Founder of Toastie Kids and Tiny Explorer Apparel Limited since July 2019, Lucinda demonstrates entrepreneurial expertise. Prior roles include Head of Womenswear at Holland Cooper Clothing LTD and Senior Mens & Womens Outerwear Designer at Superdry, where leadership facilitated revenue growth in outerwear categories. Additional experience encompasses freelance womenswear design for brands including Quba & Co and Sunspel, followed by a head design role at Quba & Co Ltd. Pertinent early career experience includes conceptual design at Abercrombie & Fitch and an internship at Burberry. Lucinda holds a 1st Class Honours degree in Fashion with Marketing from Northumbria University.
