Piotr Szczap has extensive experience in sales and client advisory roles, primarily in the construction and home improvement sector. Since March 2015, Piotr has been a Doradca handlowy ds. termomodernizacji at Caparol Polska Sp. z o.o., where responsibilities include collaboration with contractors and establishing a contractor database. Previously, Piotr served as a Doradca handlowy, focusing on sales through DIY channels such as Castorama and Leroy Merlin, developing commercial relationships, preparing offers, achieving sales objectives, conducting client negotiations, managing customer service, and providing product training. Prior to this, Piotr worked at Leroy Merlin as Koordynator ds. Sprzedaży for the paint and varnish department, overseeing a team and fostering customer relationships.
